Deeper breathing enriches the blood with oxygen and moves it to the brain, lungs, heart, and capillaries. As we release Carbon Dioxide and filter oxygen we increase all of our capacities in life.
Pranayama includes three stages: purak (to inhale), kumbhak (to hold the breath) and rechak (to exhale). The combination of these three is termed as pranayama, a way of life. Come learn the many, many ways you can use your breath to change your life!
